
I've come a long way since baking and decorating my first cake in culinary school which is pictured to the left. Baking cakes, decorating desserts, and anything with sugar has been a passion and dream of mine for so long. I swear I think about baking 90% of the day. Whether it's new and creative techniques, or brainstorming design ideas, the wheels in my mind are always turning. It's hard for me to pick my favorite cake because I put a piece of my heart into each one. It's like having to pick a favorite child.

When I first started at The University of Akron, I was planning to major in Nutrition & Dietetics, I quickly realized that I would rather be hands on cooking and creating.
For 10 years I worked at an all-scratch cooking retirement community. Each month they would have a monthly birthday party for the residents. I really hit my stride in baking during my time spent at this community. I loved this job!
It's a scary to venture out on your own and start a small business, it becomes your heart and soul, the thing you think about all the time. I am so thankful for everyone I have met along the way, new customers and repeat ones. I appreciate you all so much. I wouldn't be able to do what I love without you.
